The fossilized animals (mainly marine specimens) cover a very wide range, from - 550 million years till - 2 million years (The Dawn of Humanity).
All the geological ages and periods are represented.

The collection presents more than 10 000 pieces, among which impressive groups of ammonites and trilobites.
Special mention must be made of the remarkable giant dinosaur footprints and the big primitive amphibians.
